 Quest ARS Change Auditor

We are looking for a skilled Quest Active Roles Server/Change Auditor Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT services division, you will play a crucial role in architecting, deploying, and maintaining Quest solutions, particularly Active Roles Server and Change Auditor. Your expertise will be essential in supporting migration projects for our diverse client base, ensuring smooth transitions and robust security measures.

Must be willing and able to acquire TS/SCI as sponsored by XMS.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and configure Quest Active Roles Server and Change Auditor solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
• Implement automated workflows, policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC) to streamline identity and access management processes.
• Perform system integration, customization, and optimization tasks to meet project objectives and enhance security posture.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Quest Active Roles Server and Change Auditor implementations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews using Change Auditor to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to identity and access management and auditing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing Quest Active Roles Server and Change Auditor in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, including domains, forests, trusts, and replication.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.
• Familiarity with migration tools and methodologies for Active Directory environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Quest Certified Administrator for Active Roles, Quest Certified Specialist for Change Auditor) preferred
