What we need:

Experience and familiarity with cloud solutions, deployment, migration, and operations in major providers such as Azure and AWS. Candidates must have a security first mindset and be able to envision and guide with best practice solution architectures.

What you’ll own:

The Cloud Practice Manager will be a key leader who will focus on driving client deliverables forward through appropriate resource deployment, proven project management success and strong leaderships skills. Specifically, the ideal candidate will:

· Set team goals and identify actions to motivate team and obtain intended results.

· Know what systems and processes are required for success.

· Gain insight through analysis to lead the best way forward.

· Affect others’ actions or opinions while contributing to the development of the team.

· Drive for results and be accountable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement success
  • Support the sales operation
  • Communicate project direction for technical and non-technical ownership.
  • Work closely with PMO to understand risk(s) and mitigation strategies.
  • Assign staff to evolving project opportunities with eye towards best practice(s) and best fit.
  • Train, mentor and hold Microsoft team accountable.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, through engagement and resolution.
  • Understand emerging market needs and collaborate fully with XMS team.
  • Work with XMS partners to enhance or expand in-place relationships.

Skills & Experience

Permission to play:

Minimum of 10 years in Microsoft tech space actively managing resources and delivering on expectations.

Experience leading varied groups of 30 or more with a potential of 150 concurrent projects.

Established history of documented successful results.
