We are currently recruiting for a Medical Sales Representative / Diabetes Sales Specialist in the Greater Houston, TX territory.
We have partnered with a leading healthcare organization in the diabetes device space.
This is an exceptional opportunity to help contribute to the important battle against diabetes. In this position, you will be promoting the most advanced pen needle available today - the shortest, thinnest needle ever! When needles are thin, there is less pain and discomfort. Position Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the position will be to develop and manage a designated territory with the goal of educating targeted physicians/pharmacies while:
- successfully completing "total office calls"
- speaking with just as much ease and proficiency to the MAs, DNEs, NP/PAs, as to the endocrinologists
- achieving quarterly and annual call activity and sales goals
- achieving designated call expectations with a focus on top customers
- delivering company, product and procedure presentations to designated customers outlining the company, products and procedures and their associated features and benefits.
- understanding and addressing both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals
- engaging in a meaningful dialogue with customers to determine underlying patient needs and determining how products, procedures and services could meet such needs.
