Current Opportunity:

Territory: Southern California and Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a Hybrid Territory Sales Manager specializing in direct-to-physician sales in integrative medicine and neurology. The TSM will have the unique opportunity to introduce practitioners to the most sophisticated and comprehensive Alzheimer’s genetic test on the market. TSM will primarily work remotely utilizing phone, email, webinars, Zoom, etc. to bolster already-established accounts and generate new business. A few days per month will be dedicated to live interactions in the field.

Client company has invested 10 years in research and validation to make available this physician-offered, non-invasive test that provides insights into patients' genetic risk of developing Alzheimer’s in the future.


Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the position will be to develop and manage a designated territory with the goal of maximizing sales while:

  • achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
  • achieving designated call expectations with a focus on top customers
  • understanding and addressing both key business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare and wellness professionals
  • engaging in a meaningful dialogue with customers to determine underlying patient needs and determining how our offering could meet such needs


Position Offerings:

  • Base salary range is $45,000/yr to $53,000/yr
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Territorial expenses reimbursed per company policy

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling direct-to-clinician products and services with proven record of success
  • Proven success with remote/inside sales
  • Sales success in Alzheimer's space a plus
  • Excellent territory management and proven success in building and growing a new territory
  • Hunger to succeed and genuine enthusiasm about sharing this innovative test to those concerned about brain health
  • Ideally established relationships with the following providers:
    • Neurologists
    • Alzheimer’s and dementia specialists
    • Integrative medicine practitioners
    • Anti-aging and longevity specialists
    • Concierge practices and providers who exclusively operate a no-insurance practice (more cash-based clientele)
