Job Description:

FC Dallas Soccer & Toyota Stadium are looking for a fun, customer service oriented person to work as our Ticket Operations Coordinator in our Box Office.  The purpose of the Ticket Operations Coordinator is to oversee the box office team, ticket window operations and purchasing of tickets to FC Dallas/Toyota Stadium events. This is a full-time position that pays a salary of $30k with benefits.

  • Primary responsibility is updating and reconciling customer accounts
  • Responsible for handling customer service calls regarding ticketing and event information
  • Box Office Duties for events and walk up sales during the week 
  • Work closely with the ticket sales team, membership services team and other departments to create and implement best practices and procedures
  • Management of Part-Time staff and interns

Skills & Experience


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft platforms 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work all ticketed stadium events
