FC Dallas of Major League Soccer is seeking a passionate and highly motivated service professional for the role of Premium Services Manager. This role’s primary focus would be providing exemplary and proactive customer service, including retention efforts and relationship building, as well as acting as point of contact for our premium season ticket members in our Midfield West/Club seats. This role would work in collaboration with the entire Services department to support and improve the quality of service provided as well as the retention efforts for all members. The ideal candidate must be an established, experienced service or sales professional comfortable with high volume and be willing to take ownership of the premium fan experience.


Responsibilities

· Maintain communication with book of accounts via text, email, phone calls, and face to face interactions

· Document and track all account correspondence in CRM database

· Assist in planning and executing STM events, including Premium Client events

· Constantly be developing new strategies and approaches to improve Premium member relationships with the club

· Renew all Premium Season Ticket Member accounts, meeting and exceeding retention revenue goals

· Assist in developing game day procedures and staff to ensure a high level of service for guests on game days

· Game day duties, as assigned

· Be a leader in exemplary customer service to all guests and ticket members – setting an example for others to follow


Compensation

Salary of $30-$35, pending experience, with benefits

Requirements

· Committed problem-solver with a service mentality

· Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas

· Self-motivated – ability to prioritize and work independently

· Ability to listen and be patient

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Be present at majority of FC Dallas games and Toyota Stadium events as scheduled

· Excel proficient


Preferred Requirements

· Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred

· Soccer Culture/Supporter Culture understanding and appreciation

· AXS Ticketing Platform knowledge and experience

· Salesforce and/or KORE knowledge and experience

· Strong sales knowledge and experience

· 2-4 years’ experience in premium service or sales
