Location: U.S.-based, near a major airport • Travel: ~50% (home-based ~50%)

What you’ll do 

• Build and execute a national growth plan across targeted specialties and practice groups.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → value mapping → pilot → close → expansion.
• Lead engaging educational programs and represent us at regional/national meetings.
• Nurture multi-stakeholder relationships (physicians, administrators, billing leaders) and tailor messages to clinical and economic drivers.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and share market insights to shape strategy.
• Navigate contracting, procurement, and compliance with leadership support.
• *Work closely with company President to learn and grow the business*


What you bring 

• Experience: 2–5+ years in healthcare sales/account management preferred—but we welcome high-potential, coachable candidates with strong motivation and customer-facing wins.
• Mindset: self-starter, organized, resilient; you own your number and calendar.
• Communication: confident presenter with polished platform skills and clear, persuasive writing. • Business acumen: comfort discussing workflow, access, reimbursement, and ROI alongside clinical value. • Tools: CRM proficiency and basic analytics for territory planning.
• Logistics: able to travel ~50% across the U.S.; valid driver’s license.


We’ll set you up to succeed: structured onboarding, product/clinical training, field coaching, and ongoing marketing & ops support. Title/level can flex with experience.
