Position Title: Membership Sales Representative (as part of a new team being formed at FC Dallas)
Description: Individuals hired as a part of the new Membership Sales Team at FC Dallas will be solely focused on selling 2020 FC Dallas Memberships. Those interested in this position should be committed to working full-time at FC Dallas for a minimum of one year, and should be motivated to find success in a sales role. Sales efforts will primarily be based in the office via phone (at Toyota Stadium in Frisco), but will include email, text, stadium tours and social media outlets as well. Campaigns and leads will be provided. The ability to manage and maintain a sales pipeline is essential. Those who succeed in this role will be hard-working, creative, a team player, and someone who is dedicated to making (and keep) a sales plan. Training will be provided. Successful sales experience preferred. Sales efforts will be individual focused and team driven. The environment is expected to be competitive and high energy with an expectation of accountability and commitment to goals. Weekends and evenings will be expected on occasion as needed. Being a sports fan won’t matter in this role…being a salesperson will! Growth and promotion opportunities will be discussed after the first six months of sales success, and provided after the first year of consistent achievement toward monthly goals.
